1 Litre Bottle

A hard, durable underbody coating that can be used to reproduce the manufacturers orginal stone chip protective finish. Sound and vibration dampening makes it ideal for use inside compartments and panels.

Ready to use 1K formula
High build formula covers weld marks and seams
Protects against stone chips, salt, damp and rust

Description

ETALON

An over paintable rubber based stone chip protective coating with anti-corrosion and sound-deadening properties.

After drying a durable and elastic film remains.

Can be overpainted with all existing automotive coatings.

Underbody vehicle parts like bumpers, front and rear aprons, doorsills,
chassis etc

The surface to be treated must be clean, dry, rust-, dust-, grease free.

Ready to use

Application Conditions 18-22° C
Number of Layers: 1-2 coats
Flash off: 5-10 min
Drying: 2 hours at 20° C or 45 min at 60° C

Available in 3 Colours: White, Black and Grey.

Car Body Schutz 1 Litre Cans.

A fine textured, fast drying bitumen based product, Schutz provides excellent rust protection and sound deadening qualities.

Suitable for all lower body panels requiring enhanced protection.

Schutz is not suitable for overcoating.

Flexible when dry.

Excellent one-coat coverage.

Touch dry in 2 hours at 20°C Does not sag.

Not over paintable.

Various textures can be achieved by altering spray technique.

Spray at a pressure of 70/90 psi (Bar 5/6) and a distance of 30-45cm.

Can be applied with a roller or brush.
