Description

This high build, fast-drying, multi-substrate primer has excellent adhesion and corrosion protection for all ferrous and non-ferrous metal surfaces such as galvanised steel and aluminium. It is specially formulated to enhance the adhesion and anti-corrosion properties and provide the ultimate long term protective coating system.

1K acrylic primer with high filling power. Ideal for new parts, fast jobs and spot repairs. Can be applied on metal, steel, galvanised steel and aluminium. Easy application and sanding. VOC compliant.

Millaco Comapct AC815

A fast drying, easy to sand 2K primer filler. This primer has excellent filling power and can also be used for spot repairs without the filler sinking or the build up of edges.

5:1 mixing ratio which requires 2k Acrylic Hardener, 2k Universal Thinners. 

This product is used before top coat is applied.

High build, very easy sanding.

Mipa 2K-HS-NiN-Füller F 37 is a high-quality wet-on-wet filler that offers excellent features for efficient coatings. 

Intact, sound e-coatings can be overcoated with F 37 without any pre-sanding.

Its fast re-coatability and universal adhesion, even on plastic, are further advantages of the new wet-on-wet filler.

Description for 4+1 Primer

Mipa 4+1 Acrylfiller HS has very good filling properties and is very easy to sand. This filler can be used as compact as well as high-build filler.

The combination with Mipa 2K-Reaktivzusatz VR allows a very quick processing followed by heat-drying or drying at room temperature.

This offers saving potentials in terms of spray booth occupancy, stoving times as well as working time. It is also suitable to fill partial areas (Spot repair) without sinkage or visible marks in the outer rim.

Another application option when using Mipa 2K Reaktivzusatz VR is the wet-on-wet application, after which the surface can be overcoated after only a very short intermediate drying of only 10 minutes at room temperature.
